Domino's Pizza

Ordered one large cheese pizza through the app for delivery at 10:30pm on a Wednesday night. It arrived at 11:46pm with salami on it, luke warm. They should really update the tracker and app to show accurate delivery times. App told me 20-30 mins. The tracker said it was on its way at 11:22pm, didn’t arrive for 24mins after that and I live 9 mins from this dominos. Disappointed

I ordered a pizza on new year's eve. The pizza was just bad. It was not fully baked. The bread was uneven, the cheese was very bad and toppings were thrown around the pizza and coming out. I wish I could have taken a picture and posted it. Never go this pizza place.

The pizza is a real Dominos pizza only when Kristen is making them. I'm sorry if that offends anyone but it's true. Which stinks because the service overall is awesome. People come to Dominos for a specific type of pizza and you don't get that every time. Again, awesome service but pizza quality isn't consistent. Eat at your own risk, I guess. If you care as much as I do about pizza being the right kinds of pizza.

Jose took much longer to get to my house after the Website said it was already there. when i called the store to get a update the person who picked up was rude and tried to tell m,e it takes 20 mins tops to get there and then hung up on me. honestly when the store open it was great but after the new manager and staff it has really gone down hill.i will also be filling what i said to a complait to the corp website since this rate goes to the store site.

Every time we order here, we have a some type of complications. We love Domino's pizza, but their service is very slow and sometimes sloppy. I've only had 1 perfect experience out of 10 orders, and that's because I picked it up, but they are understanding and give refunds and free pizza for next order, which is why we keep going back. So if you want to order from here with no problems, you should just pick it up.

Ordered Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich for carry-out. Picked up order - box is marked with Mediterranean and correct order details. Reached home and found Chicken-bacon non-veggie Sandwich in Mediterranean box. Enough to spoil dinner for someone who is vegetarian.I am sure, someone received veggie sandwich in box of their Chicken Sandwich Never had this kind of issues with neighboring Dominos stores, but staff here looked like they were haphazardly processing orders and bit dis-synchronized.

I'm giving 5 stars because I don't remember ordering from these guys. It must be the sh!t if it's a mind eraser.

There was a piece of plastic in my pizza, looks like those tabs that keep bread bags closed, all melted up, I bit into the freaking thing. Screw this place, the other day I went in for a carry out and those cooks never wear gloves when prepping the food. Terrible, terrible!

One of the worse place to buy pizza, the lady was really upset .. terrible customer services..

I live nearby this location so I can't speak to their delivery service, but I've ordered from them five or six times in the past couple months and the food has always been ready for pick-up on time, everything correct, hot, and tastes pretty good to me!

The only Domino’s I’ve ever seen that actually looks like the stores in the commercials. Not a big fan of their food but their Italian sub and chicken habanero subs aren’t half bad.

Never had a problem with dominos until my last order. Ordered through their app, it took more than an hour to arrive here after being taken out from their oven. The app a half-hour prematurely told me my order was here, too. Waiting for a refund for my order and certainly won’t be placing another order with this store again.

Delicious pizza at a great price. They usually have the $5.99 medium 2-topping pizza carryout deal (must buy 2 of those items), which is very cheap. Service is usually good and they have your pizzas quickly.

If you want a cold pizza delivered, an hour+ after you order it, cold, and with the wrong toppings, THIS IS the store to call.If you want a good pizza, delivered in a timely fashion, and hot, and the way you ordered it, call ANYBODY ELSE.Enjoy!

The cheesy bread was delicious, even at 2:00 a.m.

I have ordered the pizza online and went for pickup after 15 minutes and waited additional 20 minutes and I have noticed they didnt yet put pizza in oven. Employee was constantly on phone instead expediting back orders and working laid back when people are waiting. I ended up cancelling the order

I couldn’t say they make a delicious pizza, but it’s better that local pizzerias. Btw, the delivery works perfect, they delivered pizza at exact time

Really bad customer service I hope their call is monitored. I just called to order a pizza today and it was attitude talk, no customer service and said he could be 10 times worse. Smh

Online order was delivered in 20 minutes! Pan pizza was great. Not sure why there's so many negative reviews - gave them a chance and was pleasantly surprised.

Horrendously unreliable delivery times and at times difficult to get anyone on the phone. If you have other options, use them. As last resort's go, this is a poor one.

I ordered 2 cheesesteak subs 1 with mushrooms, 1 without. It arrived a hr later. Warm with not much ingredients in the sub without mushrooms and the one with had a little more. Not with my $18. Tasted horrible. I Will Never order from here again

I honestly have no idea how this place is still open. By far the worst service I’ve seen to date. Love the food but it’s always wrong. I always order to pick up to check it before leaving for that reason. I go in order wasn’t even placed. Now I’ve got to reorder it upon arrival and wait. They don’t have a clue of what’s going on in the shop and it’s not just me. While I’m in there, other customers are dealing with the exact same issue. I don’t give this location much time left unless they completely turn it around.

This Dominos is great well staffed . Very clean virtually spotless they have a fine in area with about 8 or ten tables that area is spotless as well along with the bathrooms . If your in the area check them out

Everytime I order from this Dominos pizza, they always mess up my order. Last time, I ordered they sent me the wrong order. Today again, I ordered 2 chicken salad and I received 2 garden salad and someone else's receipt. I called and asked to speak to a manager and she was unapologetic and seems to be more bothered than trying to resolve the issue. Instead she said, we will void this order. The customer service at this dominos pizza is terrible. Not only they were late delivering, they also delivered the wrong food. Due to the poor experience at this place, I do not recommend ordering from them at all. Their staff are not trained properly to resolve customer issues. I will never order there again. Customer service is everything. If you cannot satisfy or attend to your customer's needs, then you do not need to be in business. This is the wrong place to work.

It will get the job done, but there are better options in the area. Okay for late night delivery

All depends on whose making the pizza. Some nights it's perfect other nights it may have too much sauce or not enough toppings. Inconsistent

My experience with this Domino's is mostly positive. The issues I have had with it are:1) Gave my pizza to someone else, and then offered to give me a pizza of someone else. I refused, was given a credit for a future order. Good solution. 2) Placed an order while at a laundromat. The delivery driver messed this up, because I headed out to meet him in the parking lot. Turns out he was already there doing who knows what and didn't come out for about 10 minutes. Not a marked Domino's vehicle at the time.3) Driver did not know where the hotspot chosen by Domino's was. WHA??? But my last orders have been fine. They are okay.

So I’ve ordered several times and the food was horrible. The chicken nuggets are better at Shaw’s. The pizza with thin crust and hamburger was burnt. Hamburger was worse than on a frozen pizza. Hardly any cheese and sauce. The chicken carbonara had 3 chewy pieces of chicken in it. The pasta was chewy, it wasn’t cheesy atol and it too was burnt and cold to boot!I now will never get food from Doninos!

The pizza is not great to begin with. The only reason we (used to) order from there is because we expect to get the pizza in a timely fashion. The service is horrible, when they late they make up execuses and I caught them lying. Horrible service! No reason to order from them, I'm done with Domino's.

Terrible. The staff have attitudes. It takes forever to deliver every single time I order.

Clean store prompt service

Easily the worst dominos ever. The guy gave me the wrong pizza after waiting for over an hour. And then was acting as if i'm crazy for asking him to give the right one. One of the rudest servers i have ever encountered. Dont work in the service industry if you cant accept your own mistakes
